Day 8 - Delhi - Hyderabad (24/05/2008)

This is the last day of the trip and we will go back to Hyderabad tonight. It was a hell of an experience for total 1 week of holiday. Today we decided to go around Delhi. We broke into 2 groups and depending on interest we went in 2 different ways. Seshagiri Rao uncle, Urmila Aunty and Radhika aunty planned for Akshardham Temple. I, brother, bhabhi, mom and gopal uncle planned for shopping.

As the program for today was set we all woke up early by 6. Bhabhi prepared Tea & Coffee for everybody. At around 8.30 AM she made some break fast. We all had stomach full of breakfast and were waiting for the vehicles to pick us up. After breakfast one group started to go to visit Aksharadam and others except dad for shopping.

We went for shopping and bought some bags, kerchiefs, dresses, t-shirts etc. It was fun doing shopping there. I also had pani poori there which was very much different to what I used to have in Hyderabad. It was very tasty though. On the way back home I wanted to buy Levis Jeans for me. We went to Levis showroom where I bought 2 t-shirts and 1 Jeans. We then returned back home by 3. Bhabhi then prepared some lunch with curry, sambar, Rice, curd, mixture etc. I took some photographs and mean while mom packed everything in bags and we were ready to leave.

We started from home at around 3.45 PM in two vehicles and reached Delhi Domestic airport by 4 PM. Our flight was schedule at 5.25 PM. We had many bags to do the check in. It took some time for brother to take care. We then did the security check and reached the waiting lounge. We waited for sometime and once the announcement was done we boarded the flight. We all got seats in different rows. As the flight was in the evening time the view of the cities on the way was spectacular. We reached Hyderabad by 7.30 PM. We booked a vehicle and Seshagiri Rao uncles office vehicle was also there. We all were tired so just jumped into the vehicles and started back home.

So that’s the end of the week long holiday trip.
